3. Products and services

The products offered for sale are those described on the Website. EXEL MOTOR strives to provide the most accurate descriptions and images possible. However, the seller cannot be held liable for any errors or minor variations in presentation.

4. Order

The customer confirms their order after accepting these Terms and Conditions. All orders imply an obligation to pay.

EXEL MOTOR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, suspicion of fraud, or non-payment.

5. Price and payment

The prices shown on the Site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or product availability.

EXEL MOTOR cannot be held responsible for a delay due to a cause beyond its control (strike, bad weather, incorrect address, etc.).

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.

The customer must return the product at their own expense, in its original condition and complete packaging. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

8. Guarantees and returns

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact customer service via contact@exel-motor.com to arrange for the return or replacement of the product.

9. Responsibilities

EXEL MOTOR cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product, nor for indirect damages such as loss of business or loss of profit.

10. Personal data

The personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with the Site's privacy policy.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
