What payment methods are accepted on the online store?

You can pay for your orders by credit card via a secure payment page (SSL protection). Depending on the time of year, other payment methods may be offered: these are clearly indicated when you confirm your order.

Is payment on your site secure?

Yes. Transactions are processed through a secure payment platform, and bank details are never stored on Exel Motor® servers. Always check that the URL begins with “https://” and that the security padlock icon is displayed in your browser.

Which countries do you deliver to and what are the delivery times?

Orders placed on the Exel Motor® online store are primarily delivered within mainland France (and, depending on available options, to certain European countries). Average delivery times are generally 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, excluding exceptional circumstances (peak periods, carrier delays, etc.). The exact delivery details are specified when selecting the delivery method and in the Terms and Conditions.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received anything, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong product or if my package arrives damaged?

Contact our team via the Contact page (or the address provided in your confirmation email), attaching your order number and, if necessary, photos of the package. We will then advise you on the appropriate procedure according to the applicable return and cancellation policy.

Can I get an invoice in the name of my garage or my company?

Yes. Simply provide your company's billing information when placing your order (company name, address, and VAT number if applicable). Your invoice will be automatically generated using these details.
